Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. First and foremost important thing is to achieve a strict blood glucose control with fasting glucose < 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% < 6.8. Then you can think of vigorous workout and taking extra proteins needed for building the muscles. Best protein is egg albumen. Chicken can be good, but best is egg protein. Thanks.
