If your proximal joints (ie. Shoulder, elbow, hip
& knee) then you can do hot water
fermentation in that area to reduce the inflammation. If you have pain in the distal joints ie. Wrist, fingers, ankle, toes then you can wear then you can do hot water fermentation in that area to reduce the inflammation. Please wear Knee Brace
/ Elbow Brace / Wrist Brace so that you will feel warm, comfortable and very protective. However if the pain
initially starts in the distal joints then we shall definitely say it is Rheumatic arthritis
