Hi I have fat problem I am 16 years old and my weight is about 72 I do exercise I go to walk running I diet I do everything but nothing happens so please can you tell me any medicine without any side effects for fat cutting and making slim and how to take it please help me plz.

Hello. According to your height and weight your BMI is 34.3 means obese class one for normal BMI loss your body weight 20 to 22 kg. Some tips for weight loss :- 1) Drink green tea (unsweetened ). 2) Drink coffee preferably black and unsweetened. 3) Cut back on added sugar. 4) Use smaller plates. 5) Do some aerobic exercise. 6) Avoid processed foods, junk foods, packaged foods. 7) Drink more fluids. 8) Don't skip meals especially breakfast. 9) Eat more vegetables and fruits. 10) Take proper rest. Some exercise for weight loss :- 1) Flutter kicks 2) Leg lifts 3) Reverse crunch 4) Leg circle 5) Open and close leg lifts 6) Squats.
