Don't be in one posture for long duration. Be it sitting or standing. Reduce your fear of pain. If you go and get it treated once, that would be more beneficial. U will be given some stretching and strengthening exercises. Do continue that and hopefully you will be fine.

First of all you should correct your posture. Do spinal extension exercise daily. If the pain is radiating to your legs then get it checked out to rule out any nerve compression. Regards.
