I have High cholesterol at the age of 25. Which is 339 (LDL-197 ,HdL - 49) one month back I checked. Should I take medicines or can I follow some diets. Could you please recommend?

You should start with lifestyle precautions right away - 1) Start exercising daily for 40 mins 2) Start diet change decrease fried, high fatty and sugary food. Take a detailed diet consult. 3) quit smoking and drinking. If after 4 weeks of these precautions the levels are still high then consult a cardiologist for starting medicines.
