Hi, from last 2 months back I was diagnosed with low vitamin B12 & vitamin D levels. B12 was 245 pg/ml & Vit D was 29 nmol/L. I was having symptoms weakness, muscle cramping, muscle weakness, numbness in hand & leg, light headed. I am taking Mecobalamin 1500 mcg once in a day since last 50 days. I was started feeling relief after 45 days of medicine. Mostly symptoms were disappearing. By since 4 or 5 days I am feeling symptom are coming back. Does it happen during medication? How much it will take to completely recover with this deficiency & symptoms. For vitamin D, I am taking Tayo 60 K once in a week. Please suggest.
