I am facing tongue ulcer problem from long back I have consult doctors but still problem it there. Whenever I get tensed my tongue starts to became heavy. Please suggest.

Eat lot of fruits & green leafy vegetables & drink plenty of water. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need Coronoplasty (smoothen teeth edges) along with morning after meals .hexigel ointment can be applied over the ulcer area. T. Rebagen 10, morning one tab & one night for 5 days, along with C. Becosules 5 cap, for five days in the Rinse it thoroughly with the mouthwash. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Kindly donot neglect your ulcer
you should get a biopsy done to know the pathology as medicines have not worked
donot neglect. If you are addicted to tobaccoo product please quit.
