He is my father in law. Diabetic and Blood Pressure patient. Recently operated for retinal detachment on 12 July. Now he is ok. But he feels weakness. So tested CBC. BLOOD SUGAR ETC. His S.CREATININE is 1.96 mg/dl. What should we do?

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Before making any comment I would like to know following things: Fasting, PP blood glucose levels, HbA1c%, medication for controlling diabetes with dosage, diet pattern and extent of daily exercise. Also details of CBC and lipid profile. Without knowing these details it is difficult to say why there is weakness. Sometimes when blood glucose is not well controlled, a lot glucose is lost through urine, causing weakness. Thanks.
