I am loosing weight continuously. Is it hiv. I know I did not do anything wrong still now. Not even a gf till now. I drive cycle where ever I go and I live in a house with cement sheet roof which generates lot of heat in case you don't know about cement sheet. Is that the reason of weight reduction bcz my body has lot of water content and now in my present condition everyone r asking me what happen to u.i did blood test, CBC but everything is normal. Should I do a hiv test and see what comes out.

Do not worry. Stress can create unnecessary things. Focus on what you have and stop worrying about things that you do not have. Having the right attitude is the secret behind success. Regarding your low weight, please visit a doctor for a routine physical examination. On your part, you should become health conscious and adapt a healthy lifestyle. Start exercising every day (it can be any sports which is comfortable for you. Do not over exert. Learn Yoga and pranayam as it is very effective to balance the mind and the body. Eat healthy homemade food. Avoid snacking in between. You can have milk also. Include fruits and vegetables which are easily available everyday. Have 8-10 glasses of water every day (or a little more if required). Sleep everyday at the right time (sleep fir 7-8 hrs every day). Do follow some hobby which can give you contentment and happiness, and that will boost your moral to look at positive things and stop being worrisome all the time.
