Hello Doctor, This is in regard of my physical maintenance. I'm 5'3 tall, age 26 and have body weight is around 70 Kg. I just need to consult what will the good measures so that I can reduce my weight faster and in a healthy manner. And also how much weight one can reduce in a month according to my body weight. Sounds silly - But Need some motivating revert. Thanks in advance.
