I am 63 years old and blood pressure of mine remains on higher side between 170 to 145 .Due to such high pressure now I got sugar also. These reasons got effect on my eyes as one nerve of my right eye got ruptured and blood clots comes in my eyes. Please suggest proper diet so that my BP and sugar will remain in control.
