I have very high temper and lose temper very frequently and sometimes becomes very aggressive. But when temper goes off I feel very bad about my behaviour and that time I think that the reason was nothing to fight and forgets everything and promise myself to not repeat the behaviour but it happens again. Do I have any problem?

Yes , in the sense that people who interact with you will not hold you in high esteem. They will say that you are not consistent and very impulsive in nature. Now it is up to you to mend the way you behave so that you gain back your credibility. Learn yoga and exercise everyday as it can be one of the best ways to calm down and see things objectively. There is nothing wrong in taking help from friends and family. If you sincerely want to change then there should not be any reason which can stop you.
