I have to sit continuously for 3 hours in front of computer I am having little bit back pain not severe like. I go to gym also. What should I do for this? Please suggest medicine and exercise for it.

It is computer back syndrome. U shd sit with your back upright while on computer. Posture correction is important .2. Don't keep stick to computer for more than 1/2. And hour at a stretch. Do have good exposure to sunlight.
