Respected doctors. I went to a hospital for follow up .they checked my bp with bp monitor. It showed 160/101. I was shocked. M 19 years old. Last month my bp was 110/80 nurse checked with sphygmomanometer. I went to a near by clinic and they check my bp with sphygmomanometer. It was 130/80 .Is this normal? I am so tensed. I always feel dizzy 24 /7.am I having hypertension?

Do not worry .if your tensed or worried usually your no shouts up. It is normal .not to worry about it .if you want to check if you havehypertention you get bp reading atlest 3-4 times if all of them shows high you should worry.
