I am suffering from acne from last few years. Now there r sooo many black spots on mg face and the whole brightness of my face has faded. Which cream should I use 2 remove this dark spots ASAP and regain my face brightness. I ll prefer allopathy.

lybrate-user, acne can leave such spots on healing. There are few things you can do from your end however, 1) Do not touch your acne or try to break/puncture them. This will only lead to more pigmentation. 2) Use a proper skin care regime - CTM C- Cleansing using mild cleanser containing either salicylic acid or glycolic acid. T- Toner according to your skin type. M - Moisturizer, again according to your skin type. If you are unaware of your skin type, please meet your dermatologist to help you find that out. 3) If your acne is not coming down in spite of you taking proper care, meet your skin doctor because then you might require further work up and medication. Alternatively you can use Clindamycin ointment on your acne two times in a day given you are not allergic to it.
