I have groin pain since 2 month. MRI done. Annular bulge is there in L4 L5. Taking gabapentin300 mg. Hav visited to physiotherapy also for 10 days. Still not recovered. What to do now. Its very tough.

You have vertebral disc bulge which is pressing on the nerves and cause pain. You have to wear braces or may need surgery which can be avoided toll the last time by using braces and doping physiotherapy .It will take months to respond
