How to make weight less? I eat more of chappatis sometimes fish veg is always there? Rice only sometimes morning exercise for 20 mins legs pain when I get up but after sometime it goes. Bp cholesterol diabetes is normal.

Hi lybrate-user You have to be regular with what you do in terms of your diet and exercise/daily walks. Kindly consult a dietitian for following a regular balanced diet. You should start with eating less at a time and eating frequently than usual. Break your meals from 3 times to 6 times. Do the brisk walking daily for 25-30 minutes initially. Cut down on your oily fatty meals.
