Hello doctor ,I need to reduce my belly weight as I am getting married ,though I eat only fruits in night and do regular walking .I am unable to reduce my weight and as I have pcod problem, I am unable to get my period monthly, I get for 45 to 60 days, please suggest me a good diet plan so that I can reduce my weight.

hello mam, take high fiber diet. take luke warm water before and after meals. take luke warm water with apple cider vinegar with honey early morning empty stomach . take coconut water with lemon juice , veg. juice, veg soup, ghia juice, luke warm water with amla juice. do stretching exercise alternate days and brisk walk daily . don't skip your breakfast , meals , and exercise .
