I am on a weight loss training (belly fat, thigh fat, male breasts) as well as body building training (biceps, triceps, chest, back ,shoulder) so can I drink Hershey's? chocolate syrup mixed with milk (no extra sugar in milk just syrup and milk) after my 2 hour workout as I came to know that Hershey's syrup chocolate milk is good after workout or it will increase my fat?

Hello, Avoid using chocolate sauces are loaded with sugar.Please do not add to your milk if you are looking for weight loss.
