Having RA means you can only take precautions to prevent further deterioration by doing proper Rom Exercises daily, The joints that are involved should be exercised daily to prevent any contractures/deformity, if there is any then corrective splints should be worn. Either heat or cold therapies under physiotherapist can be taken depending which suits better.

Hi, Rheumatoid arthritis is not a curable disease; it can only be controlled with medications. It is a crippling disease as the small joints get deformed and the joint mobility decreases.
