Cleaning your teeth by dentist every six months.
First and foremost the problem is not underlined with toothpaste but with inflammation over gums due to which they are bleeding. Get scaling done and take vitamin c chew able tablet for 20 days n also learn the appropriate method of brushing n your problem will resolve.

Show a periodontist for this matter. Gum bleeding may occur due to various factors. Not only due to plaque and calculus. May be some systemic or other causative factors are involved so only scaling will not be so much of help.
May be you have the pyorrhea for that you have to get your teeth clean by the dentist and also surgery of the gum if it's required. You are welcome to consult for the further diagnosis and treatment.
