I am a student of class 11 my height is long but I am very weak .i do not know why it is I eat food properly do everything but I am weak. My father said I got angry very early thats why I am weak. Earlier I suffered from dengue and got weak.

Hi lybrate-user, your ideal weight shud be 75 kg to 80 kg. 43 kgs is really very less, but do not worry. Include each and every fruits and vegetables in your diet. Add full cream millk and milk products in your diet. Every day include protein in your diet like - egg, panner, soya and dals. Add sweetdish in your diet. Eat after every small interval. Add roti + rice in your meal your body is depend upon, the food you eat. SO INCLUDE HEALTHY FOOD IN YOUR DIET. IT'S (BODY) THE ONLY PLACE WHERE YOU HAVE TO LIVE IN.
