My wife had been suffering from low back pain since few years back. Recently doctor here suggested to go through surgery for lumber disc herniation (L5). As of now my wife can walk some distance but high difficulty in sudden movements. Is there any temporary measure for getting some relief from pain during our journey to delhi by flight. Thanks (husband of patient)

Fr temporary purpose,U can follow few neasures like Taking a cushioned pillow to lean back,&Not maintaining same posture continuously for more than 30 min.U can take bag for hot goamentation to get relief. Ultimately any pain killer to reduce the pain atleast for the time of ur trip. But,For permanent relief,U need to go for any alternative method especially Homeo will be ideal.
