I'm 66 KGS I want to reduce at least 10 KGS. Please give me some tips. My body has been disfigured .and I am not able to walk or do any work properly.

hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes daily. take 1 glass lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. take salad before meals. drink more water in a day. don't take rice at night.. avoid junk food and processed food. take small and frequent meals. you can consult me privately online on lybrate I will give you diet chart for loose weight.
