hello sir, take flax seeds early morning empty stomach. take high fiber diet. have small and frequent meals. take plenty of fruits. avoid sugar, sweet, glucose, egg yolk, rice, potato, banana, mango, chikku, anar, pumpkin,whit bread,juices, fried foods, oily foods, fatty foods.do walk daily. don't skip ur breakfast and meals.
