Hi lybrate-user. Its totally understandable what you are going through. I must applaud you on your effort. That you tried by reading books, meeting friends etc. U must pat your back for the effort! However it seems there are some automatic negative thoughts that cross your mind and you feel depressed. These thoughts can be fleeting and powerful.
