In my opinion she should go for angioplasty. She can live a healthy life. Her age is just 54. People live for decades after angioplasty. If she will not eat properly and not move around than how she will get well and stay well.

Weight loss is not due to angiography or heart blockages. If she has significant blockages will require some procedure, till the time she does not agree give her medication.
