Sir in such hot and humid climate you need to consume more of watery fruits like watermelon, coconut water etc. Pls have more of water intake as the digestion process slows down in this weather. Lighter food like chapati, dahi ,non spicy veggies. Seasonal fruits n veggies. Tnkyu.
