Lo 50Mg Tablet belongs to the angiotensin II receptor antagonists group of drugs. It prevents the blood vessels in your body from narrowing, thus lowering your blood pressure and improving the blood circulation. This medication has the ability to lower the possible risk of a stroke in people suffering from any heart condition. Apart from that, it can also slow down kidney damage among people with type 2 diabetes. You can take this medicine with as well as without food. It can take 3-6 weeks for your blood pressure to come under control after you have started a course of this medication.

Lo 50Mg Tablet is a prescription drug that is available in the form of an oral tablet. There are three main reasons for its usage. Firstly, it is used for the treatment of high blood pressure. The second usage is for reducing the risk of stroke in people, who already have high blood pressure as well as left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH). LVH is a condition where the left ventricle (chamber) of the heart thickens as a result of which the heart is unable to pump well. Lastly, Lo 50Mg Tablet is used for treating diabetic nephropathy, a kidney disease caused due to diabetes.

Lo 50Mg Tablet blocks the action of the chemical named angiotension II in the body, which causes the blood vessels to narrow and tighten. This medication helps the blood vessels to relax and eventually widen. It lowers your blood pressure, thus reducing your risk of having a stroke or kidney damage.

The dosage and the form of having Lo 50Mg Tablet depends on your age, severity of your condition, your medical history and also how your body reacts when you take the first dose. If you miss a dose, take it once you realize the missed dose. However, ensure that you do not take two doses at the same time just because you missed the previous one. Overdosing can make you feel dizzy, weak or a pounding heart.

There are some common side effects of Lo 50Mg Tablet that are generally mild and go away in a few days. They include:

  • Stuffy nose
  • Back pain
  • Diarrhea
  • Fatigue and dizziness
  • Pain in the chest
  • High/low blood pressure

There are some serious side effects too for consuming Lo 50Mg Tablet. In case you experience any of the following symptoms, you must consult the doctor immediately and seek medical help:

  • If you experience problems in your heart rhythms, a slow heart rate or weakness in the muscles. It could be an indication of high potassium levels in your blood.
  • Symptoms of swelling in the tongue, throat, lips or face; indicating an allergic reaction.
  • Swelling in the ankles, feet, hand or sudden weight gain can be a sign of kidney problem. In case you are suffering from a kidney problem or disease, Lo 50Mg Tablet may worsen the condition.
Hypertension
Lo 50Mg Tablet is used in the treatment of Hypertension which is an increase in the blood pressure caused by genetic and environmental factors.
Diabetic Nephropathy
Lo 50Mg Tablet is used in the treatment of diabetic Nephropathy which is a type of kidney disease which occurs due to high blood glucose.
Allergy
Avoid if you have a known allergy to Lo 50Mg Tablet or any medicine of the same class.
Aliskiren
Use of these medicines is not recommended in the elderly population with diabetes and kidney disease with CrCl less than 60 ml/min.

Captopril Major
Use of these medicines is not recommended as it may increase the risk of kidney impairment and low blood pressure. You may experience weakness, confusion, and irregular heartbeat if these medicines are taken together. Regular monitoring of blood pressure and kidney function tests are to be performed. An alternate medicine should be considered under the doctor's supervision.
Dexamethasone Moderate
The desired effect of Lo 50Mg Tablet will not obtain if these medicines are taken together. This interaction is more likely to happen if dexamethasone is taken for more than 1 week. Inform the doctor if you have a sudden weight gain, swelling of hands and feet. If coadministration is needed then appropriate dose adjustments are to be made under the doctor's supervision. Regular monitoring of blood pressure and kidney function tests are to be performed.
Diclofenac Moderate
The desired effect of Lo 50Mg Tablet will not obtain if these medicines are taken together. The risk of kidney impairment will increase if these medicines are taken together especially in elderly population or having pre-existing kidney disease. Inform the doctor if you have an increased or decreased urination and unexplained weight gain or weight loss. Regular monitoring of blood pressure and kidney function tests are to be performed.
Insulin Moderate
The effect of insulin will increase if these medicines are taken together. You may experience dizziness, headache, sweating if these medicines are taken together. Regular monitoring of blood glucose levels is needed. Suitable dose adjustments or an alternate medicine should be considered under the doctor's supervision.

Maximum parents ko bhi dikat aati hai ki unko kya khana chahiye ya bacho ko bhi nahi samajh mein aata ki unko kya apni daily routine life mein include karna chahiye. Toh uske liye mein aap ko kuch points batana chahoongi. Jaise hume sabse pehle students ko ek habit hoti hai ki morning time mein jaldi mein hote hai, jald baazi mein hote hai toh unka breakfast skip ho jata hai. So don’t skip your breakfast, have a healthy breakfast because aap ka sabse ek main meal breakfast ho jata hai kyunki uske baad ho sakta hai because of classes or because of aap ka busy schedule, lunch skip kar sakta ho but still breakfast pe aapko dhyaan dena hai. Agar aap healthy breakfast loge then the whole day you feel more active and more energetic, aap apne study pe concentrate kar sakte ho. Toh hume breakfast zaroor lena chahiye.

Second thing, try to include more variety in your food. Kya hota hai ki agar aap ek he type ki food lete ho toh uss mein humare nutrients itne healthy way se nahi ho pati. Toh aap jitni bhi variety include karoge apne food mein, utni he aap ko nutrients jyada milenge. Jaise aap more of fruits ke bajai, ek apple ya do apple ke bajai aap one apple, anar, plus seasonal fruits aap include kar sakte ho. Next thing is that being a student hume stress hota hai, chahe woh studies ka ho ya woh marks ka ho. Toh use fight karne ke liye hume kabhi bhi kissi bhi junk food ka sahara nahi lena chahiye. Jaise habit hoti hai ki jaise he stress hoye hum ek chocolate le liya, chalo hum ek pastry khaane chale jaate hai ya patties le lete hai. Un cheezon ko hume avoid karna chahiye. Bajai ke hum uss time pe apne paas koi bhi handy healthy snacks agar aap apnea as paas rakh sakte ho. Jaise apne bag mein humesha carry a fruit so that kuch bhi aap ko iss type ki tension lage or you want to eat something, go for healthy snacks. Jaise diet chocolates rakh liya aap ne ya phir aap ne koi fruit rakh liya or if you are outside somewhere then go for some liquids jaise aap ne kuch lassi le liya. Yeh cheezein aap ke liye best hai.

Aur being a student aap ko concentration ki zaroorat hai toh uss ke liye aap ko liquid ke upar more concentrate karna hai. Jitna aap paani intake karoge utna he aap ka concentration, studies ke upar jyada concentrate kar paoge. Toh hume liquid jyada lena chahiye plus iss se aap apne aap ko dehydration se bhi baccha sakta hai. And hume anti-oxidants jyada chahiye toh uss ke liye aap fruits and vegetables aap apne diet mein jydada include kar sakte ho. Isse aap weekday pe apne diet ko healthy diet mein include kar sakte ho. Atleast hafte mein ek ya do din you can eat whatever you want to eat.

Being a student aap ko aisa nahi hai ki aap ko sirf meetha khaana hai, uske badle aap jo over sweet things include karte ho un cheezon ko hume avoid karna chahiye. Plus caffeinated ya aap ke junk food ke upar hume restrict karna chahiye kyunki who sab cheezein aap ko obesity ke taraf leke jayengi jo ki aap ke health ke liye theek nahi hai. Jaise first of all log jo ke IT workers hote hain unka main issue hota hai k. They are tend to eat in canteen. Canteen k liye sab se pehlay hum boltay hain k ap canteen se khanay ki bajaye apnay daily routine me habit dalo aik tiffin carry kar k le k jao. So that at least jo aik meal ap log jo lo gay wo apka healthy hoga. Second thing agar aap ke office me stairs hain to prefer karo k ap lift ki bajaye stairs ko use karo.

Third thing ki jaisay k issue hota hai k chalo aik normal human being even k humari bhi adat hti ha k hum kam kartay hain aur sath me khatay hain tou sab se pelkay humain es habit ko no bolna hoga because humain pta he nhe chalta while working k hum kitna kha rahay han aur kia kha rahay hain. To better hai k jo apka tiffin ya jo bhi ap aik meal le rahay ho proper table pe beth k plus usko proper time k sath apna gradually jo apki digestion hai usko nhi body me time dena chahiye because jitna ap fast khao gy utna apka indigestion create hoga. To better hai while working avoid eating. It workers ki sabse main problem hoti hai they tend to eat more junks.

Then basically me unko ye suggest karungi junk khao per uski time routine banao. Keep your junk at the weekend. Or you can say keep your junk and sweets for the weekend. Weekday par follow your healthy diet And weekends par you have whatever you want to eat. So that aap ki body bhi healthy Rahay gi Aur aap bhi healthy raho gy. And aik aur important point kay Keep hydrated yourself Kyunki aap kitne time pe Jitna frequently Ap pani piyoge Itni he working capacity aapki increase karegi. Aur plus you feel more energetic. Tou kam se kam I will say after every one hour take a break of one or two minutes you can say five minutes and have a glass of water. Wo aap ko fresh karay ga and you feel more comfortable and you feel more energetic and apka jo concentration ha ap k work level pe o zyada increase ho ga.
