I am South Indian pure vegetarian aged 62 years. For past two years I am diabetic and the range of 6.2 to 6.8 h1bac reports To get into pre diabetic stage, is 50 grams of red raw onion advised or at least to control further increase of sugar levels what measures can be taken in food. I am taking the aspects of exercises etc. Thanks in advance.

dear lybrate user onion is rich in sulphur thus raw onion is not good for health ,it should be cooked and eaten
