Mr. lybrate-user, Your HbA1c% is very high, which means there is uncontrolled diabetes (hyperglycemia), which needs immediate treatment with appropriate drugs. Uncontrolled diabetes can lead to rapid development of long term complications of diabetes. TSH 6.57 mU/L is in the sub-clinical hypothyroidism range. Usually no treatment is advocated unless any specific symptoms are also present attributable to it. Most urgent getting diabetes treated. Thanks.
