Latest advised medicines are metaprolol 50 mg bd, amlip 5mg bd envas 10mg bd and escitalopram 10 hs, ecosporin 75 mg once daily. In march during investigation my blood sugar was higher 114 fasting and 192 pp, but I got it rechecked and it was within normal limits f-95 and pp- 132. Now I am checking it weekly and some time I found levels prediabetis levels which fluctuated between f- 100 to 160 and pp 126 to 170, random 160. I asked my doctor advised me not to start diabetes medicine but try to control with diet and exercise which I am doing since I started medicine For ht. Daily 1 hour excercise, everything without sugar and hardly 1200 calories a day, please advise if I need to start medicine or follow my doctor.
