Sir, though my diabetes is very well under control and there is no physical problem to me due to diabetes, I am having the problem of excess hunger, even after taking full meals at regular times, I always feel that I am still hungry. I take the meals as per my appetite but after taking the lunch or dinner just after 2 to 3 hours I again start feeling hungry to the extent that I can go for a full meal again- this is really very troublesome for me as I have to keep on eating again and again so I am really very puzzled that how to control my hunger. Please advice me what to do to control my hunger so that I behave like a normal person. (note- I eat the normal diet food during my lunch /dinner and have the feeling that now I am full, but just after 2 hours I again start feeling hungry to the level that I can re eat all the lunch etc.) please advice to me as it is now a serious problem for me to survive and work at my job?
