Got pimples and small acne on forehead. Tried applying salicylic acid gel but not helping. Same thing happening on back from a longer time.

Dear lybrate user avoid any gels and facewash use gram fluor and turmeric instead also eat plenty of vegetables and whole fruits and drink plenty of water since pimples is a chronic disease it needs to be treated by internal medicines only any external application is like treating the effect where cause remains the same or may be suppressed to more deeper level by suppressive treatments.
