Hello Diabetic patient can have a cup of coconut water as its an excellent electrolyte that helps regulating blood sugar levels. Ragi is rich in dietary fibre, antioxidants and is anti diabetic. Milk products are allowed too. 1 cup of curd from toned milk or 75g of paneer made from toned milk and cow's milk 1 cup. Thank you
