Hello sir, I am 42 years old male. Suffering from high bp and was taking amlokind 5. nowadays average bp 140/90, pulse 90 to 100 around. Some time I am feeling abdominal gas and chest heaviness. Having stress as well. 1) my ecg and 2d echo is normal with comment - patent is in tachycardia. 2) chest xray - tiny calcified granuloma seen in left lower zone 3) pft (spirometry) - fvc is 81%, fev1 is 78%, mmef 75/25 is 55%, comment "small airway obstruction" I suggested that this may due to anxiety. Replace bp medicine with "amlosafe mt 5/25" and do regular breathing exercise. Kindly advice.
