I am 17 years old. My problem is that when ever I do or pick heavyweight my lower back pains. If I lay down It hurts more quickly. Please help me.

Hello- you have noticed a nice correlation between diet and back pain. >according to ayurveda intake of heavy meals block the passage of vayu (internal metabolite acting as wind) generated due to intestinal peristalsis. Due to this the vayu pressurize the stomach>>it further apply pressure on the back side towards vertebrae causing back pain. >try these tips to get rid of your pain- 1. Take 1 tsp carrom seeds with asfoitida before meals. 2. Decrease the intake of water during meals. 3. Avoid over eating. 4. Take 1 tsp harad powder with warm water at bed time.
