I am 22 year old male and I am suffering from lower left back pain. I experience this pain in 2019. At that time this pain had gone in some days. So I thought this may caused because of some heavy work. After some month. When I return from school. Again I witness this pain in same place in my body. Again the pain goes after some day. During lockdown. I started to notice that. I have mild pain in lower back side which is now persistent and whenever I do some physical activity which create pressure on lower back increase my pain immensely. Now a days. It become worse. I did not go to gym and do exercise in my home. So please tell me what is reason behind this pain and what should I do?

Take regular physiotherapy treatment for this. Ift swd ust this will reduc your pain. And after this do some core and back strengthening exercises.

Hello lybrate-user, lets first understand as you told yours medical condito n if you have back heavy morning stiffness so this types of pain indicates usually due to disc bulge / disc herniation or sometimes compression of nerves at lower level in back, kindly visits physiotherapist or can go for mri ls spine to rule out the exact cause of back pain.
