I am a 24 year old female. I have been experiencing dizziness. At first the dizziness would come and go, it seemed normal. I did not take any treatment for relief. However it has been happening often that usual in the last 3 weeks. Now I have been dizzy over three days, o have trouble sometimes breathing and can't do daily activities.

1.Do not move suddenly 2.Have good lighting 3.Lie down with closed eyes in dark room when feel giddiness 4.Less tea/ coffee/ alcohol 5.No tobacco 6.Less salt 7.More fluids 8.Adequate rest, no stress 9.Take good nutritious diet medicine can not be advised for open question.
