I consuming approx 6 no of raw eggs the evening time before going to gym but I want to know that, can I take more no of raw eggs in a single day (morning and evening) because I want to start workout in morning time as well to build good muscles. Is there any side effects of consuming more raw eggs.

Hye. I would advise you to try and bump up your protein intake by taking 3 whole and about 10 egg whites instead in each session of practice. Depending on what level and intensity of workout you are doing you will still achieve almost 30 grammes of protein for whites itself and get the benefits of the fats in the yolk as well. Secondly, raw eggs is an absolute no. Please go for hard boiled eggs instead. Also remember your basic diet is crucial too. You can't exclusively depend on eggs for health.
