My neck feel very light on moving side to side or up and down. Feels like nothing inside on my neck. It's all started when I go to a physiotherapist where he do some stretching my neck and massage. Right after that I feel my neck muscles are weak and unstable on moving. I done the cervical mri but the report is normal. Can anyone know what happen to my neck whether its overstretch due to side stretching on my neck or something else. I have no pain or weakness in arms for now it's 29 days now. Please share your suggestion so I can consult you.
