My name is subhra kamal mukherjee, just 1 year earlier I had an internal hemorrhoidectomy operation (stapled pph) and I was fine but from last 2 months it's bleeding again from inside rectum. When the poop is coming out more than 2 times it's starting to bleed just like fountain, I had a long time constipation problem which is more or less now ok but I have ibs. I use nexpro rd 40 in the morning in empty stomach and before bed I use duphalac 10 to 15 ml as required. I am little scared about this incident, what to do?

Hi lybrate-user, considering your age, and your history, it seems that you have a recurrence of piles. However, it is worthy to get checked by a surgeon again and possibly a recto sigmoidoscopy if not full colonoscopy will be much more informative regarding the cause of bleeding like fountain.
