Hello doctor, I have a question related to hair fall I am experiencing hair fall since 6 months I have consulted my nearby dermatologist he said I am having serroboric dermatitis he has given me medicine I used them 3 months little bit effect I could see but again it's winter so hair fall started again what to do doctor pls help the medicine he recommend was----- (triflow conditioner, salic- ct lotion, some vitamins and spray like more pro, trilast)
