I have a desk job from last 2 years, so my weight is gone up 65 to 69 kg's, so I wand to reduce my weight please help me.

Maintain your calorie intake to maximum of 1500/day and try to burn 500 calories per day through exercise the ratio of carbohydrates, protein and fat of the total diet should be: carbohydrates -50% protein-40% fat-10%

Firstly start walking or jogging in morning at least 30 to 45 minute, eat low carbs, avoid late night dinners, do 1 day fasting once a day and eat only fruits or drink fresh juices that day, start doing surya namskar in morning!
