One month before I had sudden loose motion and it converted in to upper right quadrant abdomen discomfort, my liver enzymes were normal but in ultrasound it shows hyperechoic liver echotexture likely due to liver inflammation and I do regular workout and exercise. I was on the medication of acid blockers, probiotics and normaxin. I get relief for few days but I am not fully recovered and situation is getting bad day by day. What should I do? Before that I was using optimum nutrition mass gainer, could it be the reason of sudden liver inflammation? My doctor said nothing to worry about in your reports but I am not feeling great and normal like before.

Do not worry much. The doctor said you right. The loose motion/stools and pain were due to some infections that you may have got in some or other ways. It would have been treated with antibiotics for few days and after which your condition would have come to normal. Now you are saying that you have not recovered fully, I want to ask in what sense you are not fully recovered or what are your present symptoms? And why are you saying it getting more bad. This is because if your loose stools is not controlled, you can land in hospital because of dehydration. And about the liver inflammation - the liver will recover in feww weeks after the infection is relieved. Lastly about the nutrition mass gainer that you are using - man, you have various natural dietary food available all around you. Try it. When food are available naturally, why you want to get synthetic? It may or it may not cause it but. It is not the right way. You can ping me for more queries.
