My wife, aged 45, was detected covid-19 positive with ct value 13.5 through rt-pcr on 07.04.2021. symptoms were fever upto 102, irritation in throat and oxygen saturation was lowest value 95-96. The very same day, consulted with doctor, who advised to start ivermectin-1st, 2nd, 7th and 14th day 1 tab, doxy 1 ldr forte ? od for 10 days, azithral 500- od for 10 days, uprise d3 60k ? 1st, 2nd, 7th, 14th. Every week, zincovit, limcee ? od. Dolo650-sos. On 09th blood test for cbc, crp and d-daimer was given, report was within the normal range. Also done hr-ct on 9th, score was 6/25. Then started omnacortil-bd, dabigo 110-bd and rebonik ? td for 10 days. Just after start of steroid on 10th, there was no fever. On 17th doxy 1 ldr forte ? od and azithral 500- od was continued for 5 more days. Similarly, omnacortil-od, dabigo 110-od and rebonik td was continued for 5 more days. Thereafter, start ivermectin, doxy 1 ldr forte, azithral 500, omnacortil, dabigo 110 and rebonik were stopped. Now, everything is normal except acute weakness, pain in lower body and no normal taste in food. It feel warm when body is touched but no fever in thermometer. According to the details mentioned, the patient has recovered. Weakness and no taste for now is normal. It will be gone in a week or two. Make sure to maintain hydration and nutritional status. No repeat hrct or rtpcr required. Take care.

Weakness can be due post infection. Have healthy diet. Eat good amount of protein and carbohydrates. For pain you can take dolo (650) max upto thrice a day. Nothing much to do. Weakness will go away gradually. No need to worry much as everything is becoming normal.
