Hello, thanks for the query. Please first try and control the glucose levels as those are vey high. Taking b-complex vitamin is fine, you can it as and when you want to. But looking at your age, the glucose levels should be fbg < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg & hba1c% <6.5% (not mentioned) one more important aspect is looking at your weight & height with a bmi (body mass index) of 27. 7 kgs/sq meter (normal < 23 kgs/sq meter) you have an excess of over 13 kgs. This is also a major hindrance in controlling blood glucose. So please look at all the aspects like medications, dietary habits, extent of daily exercise and please achieve a better glucose control.
