To stay healthy you should do regular exercise like swimming, skipping, yoga etc. Eat small amount of foods frequently. Avoid spicy foods. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods. Take more fruits, vegetables. Take whole grain, whole wheat, oats bran etc. Take protein rich foods. Avoid smoking, drinking alcohol. Drink water 3lit/day and adequate sleep.
