I feel enlargement and mild inflammations in liver. Also nausea and wind is occurring. In my cbc wbc count is 11700, and in lft sgpt-170, sgot-85, albumin- 4.98. I ate fast food for a long time. Is it cirrhosis? No fluid retention in belly or no other symptoms.

No, you need to do ultrasound of abdomen. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. (preferably within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Don't take tea empty stomach. Raised levels of sgot sgpt wbc is not confirmation for liver cirrhosis. I don't know how you got into conclusion about enlarged liver and inflammation. Even if you have enlargement, it will not be cirrhosis. Please go for an usg abd or do ct. Also please avoid fatty oily foods, take large quantities of water, do brisk exercise.
