I want to consult for an abdominal pain and an issue with anal area. I have mild pain in the abdomen since 4 weeks at one spot 1.5-2 inch towards left of navel and and 2-2.5 inch below. Initially it was off and on and could be felt sometimes once every 2-3 days for a short time. I got it quite less frequently since last 10 days. But it was at one spot so worried. Abdomen and pelvis ultrasound showed no hernia or lymphadenopathy and everything else was fine. Now I feel as if it shifts places at times. It's not at the same spot always. I also could feel hemorrhoids and anal itching since 2 months and had gone to a physician who suggested sits bath with dettol and taking bandy plus. Took medicine and did sits bath for 5 days. But since last 4 days I could feel as if there's a bit of mild pressure in the anal area like having an urge to clean the bowel. It goes away around night but comes back after I have had my breakfast. This is bothering me quite a lot right now. I suffer from gas and acidity issues and belching since 3.5 years. It was quite in control since sometime after taking ayurvedic medicines. I get anxious very soon and also have l5-s1 disc protrusion since 5 years which is in control after years of exercise.
